Email, fax or snail mail both documents to TritiumExitDisposal.com.
We will review both forms for missing data, then supply you with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number, a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) transfer notification letter, as well as detailed packaging/shipping instructions.
Ready self-luminous exit signs for safe shipping.
Discard the mounting bracket, screws, hardware, or tape. Gently wipe down each sign with a damp cloth.
Double-sided signs (two signs joined back-to-back) must be taken apart and shipped as two signs.
Units bearing the "B100" model number : please remove the housing push pins from the frame.
If you have any damaged signs, TritiumExitDisposal.com must be notified in writing prior to shipment.
